As usual, MAC makeup is abound at this spring’s Fashion Week in New York City. MAC artist Charlotte Tilbury developed the vampy look to the left for Gwen Stefani’s L.A.M.B. runway. “The feeling was 1930’s prostitute — trampy, smoky eye, deep ‘rougeoir’ lips and beautiful pale skin,” raves Charlotte.
Here’s exactly what Charlotte did so you can copy the look to a T and score the style for your Halloween debut as any character from The Black Dahlia:
It’s about to get colorful in here, ladies: today, M∙A∙C Cosmetics and the M∙A∙C AIDS Fund introduce their new Viva Glam spokeswomen: Lady Gaga and Cyndi Lauper. As part of the “From Our Lips” campaign, M∙A∙C will introduce Viva Glam Gaga and Viva Glam Cyndi lipsticks. Each lipstick will retail for at $14.00 with 100% of the selling cost donated to the M·A·C AIDS Fund. Isn’t that sweet of them? And who didn’t see a Lady Gaga-MAC partnership coming? She’s basically a walking makeup counter already!

So what did you ladies do this weekend? Watch the Super Bowl, go to the movies maybe? Who, me? Oh, I just had a night out with the girls sponsored by Dove. Limo, dinner, ya know. No biggie.
Obviously, I’m faking my nonchalance, because that’s totally awesome. Yes, the good folks at Dove offered me and my girlfriends a chance to go out on the town, not to mention getting to try their newest scent in the Visibly Smooth deodorant line, Wild Rose. Who says moisturizing isn’t manly? Not male celebrities James Franco or Joseph Gordon Levitt. These boys both got comfy with their manhood at the Sundance film festival this year as makeup artist Jordan Long used Votre Vu Habitude Men’s Daily Face Crème with SPF 15 on the actors. Long said of the product: “This provided nice moisture to their skin in the dry climate without being overly greasy and the SPF protected them from the elements during their long days outside.”
