I’m a liquid eyeliner addict, so I’ve pretty much tried everything. This is one that can always be found in my makeup drawer, but I won’t say it’s the best. Maybelline Ultra-Liner is a liquid eyeliner that has one amazing feature – it is pretty insanely waterproof. I mean really. Jump in the pool, take a shower, it’s not going anywhere. It has a thick brush tip that’s a little hard to manage if you’re new to liquid liner, but easy and quick to slide on once you know what you’re doing. It’s hard to get a thin, sleek line with it, so I’d only use it on my upper lid (unless you’re going for a gothy look or want insanely smoky eyes for a night on the town). The finish is like a plastic shell of liner, which is great for being waterproof and doesn’t smudge at all, but bad for a couple of reasons: since the normal method of lining your eyes is to pull your lid straight, it can crinkle and crack at the sides; also, the finish is kind of shiny and can kill the ultra-black effect, especially in photos. I would never use this when having a picture taken of me. Be careful when removing it; I have a habit of picking it off due to how it dries, and if you’re still wearing mascara that can pull at your lashes and damage them. The price is definitely right, and it cleans off easily (just peel!), so I’d say this is a good practice item for someone beginning with liner.
The verdict: 3/5 stars - great to have around and do your makeup quickly, but not by any means perfect.

This is what I use and now (as I am usually worry about health) I want to know if this is worse (in health) terms.. because is like a plastic when it dries so is better to be careful when removing it… and maybe it won’t let the skin breathe ? I am searching this and I can’t find anything about it.
The result is nice because it will stay after hours of dancing, sweating or whatever. But I definitely never use it inside my eyes , I mean that I use it outside the hairline.
Yes because I never want to hurt my eyes just to look prettier, and as I have kind of big, tick eyebrows I avoid to use mascara and eyeliner often. I use them just the weekends. And I use olive oil for taking it (never use baby oil= mineral oil= nervous problems).
