As usual, MAC makeup is abound at this spring’s Fashion Week in New York City. MAC artist Charlotte Tilbury developed the vampy look to the left for Gwen Stefani’s L.A.M.B. runway. “The feeling was 1930’s prostitute — trampy, smoky eye, deep ‘rougeoir’ lips and beautiful pale skin,” raves Charlotte.
