As the Olympic events draw to a close, fall TV is starting and I’m happy to report that the lineup is an estrogen-filled romp perfect to pair with tattered jammies and a pint of Cherry Garcia. Here are the shows that’ll make your guilty pleasures list:
Aug 26: Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency premieres at 10/9c on Oxygen. Janice moves in with the poor models this time. God help them.
Sep 1: Gossip Girl premieres at 8/7c on the CW. Despite the show’s nearly shark jumping Season 1 finale, I’ll be watching this season. Beauty, wealth, scandal, Valentino – how could I miss it?
Sep 2: 90210 premieres at 8/7c, also on the CW. Any watching I happen to do of this show will be entirely blamed on you, readers, and the fact that I run this silly superficial blog. With film greats like Lori Loughlin (Uncle Jesse’s girlfriend on Full House) and Shenae Grimes (Darcy from Degrassi). what could possibly go wrong?
Sep 24: Lipstick Jungle premieres at 10/9c on NBC. I loved this show last season! I especially adore Victory, and can’t wait to see what happens – I just hope they don’t keep up the shameless Maybelline promos.
Oct 22: Stylista premieres at 9/8c on the CW. Tyra Banks is the executive producer, and it’s described as what The Devil Wears Prada would be if it were a reality show. I’m sold.
