I know you’ve heard it everywhere.. “Drink eight glasses of water a day.” Well, now I have two more great reasons why plentiful amounts of water are a real beauty benefit:
1. Dewy skin, without the moisturizer. Drinking plenty of water helps keep your body hydrated, and your skin will love it! (Moist skin also helps fight wrinkles!)
2. Not only will it help keep your skin moist, but trade the tap water for distilled, and you’ll find yourself fighting less and less breakouts! So what are you waiting for? Drink up!

I have difficulty getting all my water consumed in a day. Recently I read that you only need to consume water equal to 50 to 75 percent of your body weight. For instance, I am 120 pounds, so on the low end, 60 ounces, which is only five cups of water a day. Now it doesn’t seem so overwhelming.
Thanks for the reminder!
That’s true, it does depend on your body weight. As well, don’t forget that eating fruits hydrates you too, so if you’ve been stocking up on apples you don’t need to stress about getting the full 8 glasses.
My key to getting all my water in daily is to drink at least an 8 oz. glass when I first wake up, (it gives your digestion a jump start, too) and then try to drink a glass of water with each meal, and each snack. Even just drinking small amount throughout the day will help, because when it all adds up, you usually drink a lot!
I drink alot water . You should also stop drink water about 4 to 5 hours before bed time. Drinking 2 much of water is really bad for you. It can make you feel faint .
Ok so my boyfriends birthday is coming up and I really need to get something good for him. I have to admit I am one of those people that likes to buy a present for someone that will benefit me lol! Yeah I know it sounds bad, but true. So here it goes, I love a man that smells great so does anyone know if that Fahrenheit 32 by Christian Dior is a good cologne?
