These are really some interesting hairstyles Cailin.I have this boring habit of a boring ponytail.I will try some of your stuff just to have a change of look.Yes,changing the the hairstyle does change the way a girl looks. Thanks for the post.
I love all the hairstyles, but, unfortunately, I have big ears that stick out (like monkey ears)and most of those would not look good on me. I usually just leave my hair down because I don’t know what else to do with it. Do you know of any new hairstyles for people with big ears?
Kristin,
Great question! Ears are tough to play down while still keeping versatility. If you want to leave hair down, just do long curls over your ears. A half-updo works great – just tease the base of the hair that’s still hanging down near your ears. For a full updo, try a messy bun piled on top of your head. The extra volume at the bottom created by the style’s looseness will help blend and balance out your ears. You can always pull a couple of thin sections down from it as well; curl them with a small-barrel curling iron for a party-pretty effect.
Hope these tips help!
Thanks so much! I can’t wait to try those hairstyles out!
